BEGINNERS' TRIBAL BELLY DANCE
Learn to think about and move your body in a whole new way! Gain confidence and learn to creatively express yourself while learning to shimmy, body wave, and hip roll. This class will take you through the beginner ATS moves and lead into the more advanced concepts of troop structure, lead changes, tribal dancer etiquette, and choreography all at a relaxed pace in a fun and supportive environment. Please wear clothing you are comfortable moving in: comfortable pants and/or a long flowing skirt, comfortable and supportive shirt. It is not necessary to bare your belly, but the confidence to do so is greatly encouraged. Shoes are also optional, but bare feet are preferred. A pen or pencil may be helpful for any notes you may wish to take. Please also bring water and an open mind!
