MEDITATION

Take a moment to stop and listen to your body.  Learning about meditation will help relax the mind and restore the spirit.

Benefits of meditation are:

1) Improved Concentration - When the mind is quieted clear and creative

2) Less Bothered by Things - You'll realize things that used to bother you seem to swim off of you.

3) Better Health - Many studies conclude meditation lowers your blood pressure, stops anxiety, and promotes weight loss.
