Chelsea Wildman
Yoga Instructor
When Chelsea began her journey with yoga, she knew by the second class she wanted to teach. She began asking questions and taking as many different classes that would fit in her schedule. She then adventured out into weekend long immersions with Shiva Rea and Seane Corn and her personal practice began to bloom. She fell in love with the style of Vinyasa Flow. A lover of dance, the outdoors and perpetual excitement; Chelsea is intrigued by the mix of music and lyrical flow within the Vinyasa asana. After researching many different programs and teetering on numerous fences, Chelsea decided to enroll in the 200 hour teacher training at Ananda Shala in Frederick, Maryland. Practicing under Maria Garre e-RYT 500 M.Ed, Chelsea learned the teaching style of Prana Flow® developed by Shiva Rea. Chelsea was certified in May 2011 and teaches in the style of Vinyasa and Prana Flow®. Realizing all of the positive benefits of yoga, Chelsea could not help the urge of sharing that with others. Learning yoga is a gift, teaching yoga is the best present of all.
