Silent Meditation is a window into your soul. Each session is 25 minutes with a 10 minute break where you can do movement meditation, enjoy a drink, and stretch. Then we resume for another 25 minutes; all in silence. The benefits of silent meditation are:
1) Improved Concentration - When the mind is quieted clear and creative
2) Less Bothered by Things - You'll realize things that used to bother you seem to swim off of you.
3) Better Health - Many studies conclude meditation lowers your blood pressure, stops anxiety, and promotes weight loss.
4) Knowledge of Self - There's nothing better than learning about yourself. You'll be able to let go of baggage you've held onto for years!

We need to share our dreams – our dreams from the night and our life dreams – with caring and supportive partners who can help us to unlock their meanings and bring their energy to heal and empower our everyday lives. A dream-sharing circle develops a wonderful energy of its own.
The Dream Circle is an ancient form that gives structure to the "work" of dreaming. As members of the circle share their dreams we learn that our dreams are not individual, but that we are all dreaming together, and our dreams fit together like puzzle pieces.
Through reconnection with our dreams and the mirrors they create in our lives, we see the mystery of life again. We need to start somewhere, and a good beginning is to get into the habit of sharing dreams on a regular basis, and receiving helpful feedback, from a caring friend. Since dreams are multi-layered and we dream in many different ways, it’s good to have multiple viewpoints and many diverse life experiences reflected in a group.
In each circle, everyone will share a dream that they had and can explore their dream in depth with the group.

Goddess Studies is all about empowering ourselves as women...by finding our Inner Goddess.
We start with the basics - and move on to the magical.
Over the course of the Goddess Studies, Part I, we will learn:
1) How to create a sacred space
2) What is ritual and how it can help us in our daily lives
3) Grow in personal empowerment
4) Foundations for daily practice
5) The "Herstory" or mythology and history of women
Students will observe the seasons, connect with the moon, and begin mediation, energy work, and personal affirmations. Both novice and experienced students are welcome!

Participants will like comfortably on a chair, breathing easily as sounds move through each cell bringing you into blissful balance.
