Barefoor Yoga and Wellness Studio is an environmentally conscious, family-friendly wellness studio in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. We are a gathering place for members of the community to meet, learn together, and be in healing relationships with each other. We offer a variety of movement-based classes in Yoga, Belly Dancing, Tai Chi, and more. Our wellness options include: Refloxology, Massage, and Hypnotherapy. Our healing modalities, special speakers and events cater to the needs of parents, children, and the whole community.
