This massage combines techniques of several different massage techniques—including both medical and sports forms. Orthopedic massage is used on a patient when they have soft tissue pain or have injuries in order to help relieve the pain during injury, as well as to promote faster healing.

Manaola's signature service using antique Himalayan Singing Bowls. A highly relaxing experience that will soothe tension, calm and quiet your mind. Clients remain fully clothed (except for shoes) during this service. The bowls will be placed around and possibly on your body. Different techniques will be used to 'sing' the bowls sending beautiful harmonic tones through each and every cell of your body.

Add $15 to blend Sacred Waves Therapy with Shamballa or Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki (This session is 60-70 mins in duration)

HIMALAYAN SINGING BOWL MEDITATION...........$45.00
Private Session Meditation has been proven to assist with relieving stress, improving mental clarity, and overall health. During the private meditation session I will guide through how to prepare for and close your meditation, you will learn the importance of breathing during meditation, and be introduced to healing mantras to complement the sounds & vibrations of the singing bowls. Your ability to meditate on your own will improve and become more fulfilling. You do not need to have your own bowl but if you have one it is recommended you use your own bowl.

MEDITATION TRAINING AND GUIDANCE............................30 minute session $25.  1 Hour session $45.
If you have been trying to meditate for a while and have not been satisfied with the results, or you don’t know where to begin and you need help getting motivated, you are not alone. Training with an instructor can help you to:
